The Directors of ICI Australia Limited today announced the resignation of Mr Rob Margetts as a Director of the Company. Mr Margetts, who is an Executive Director of Imperial Chemical Industries plc (ICI plc) which has a 62.4% shareholding in ICI Australia Limited, has resigned following the announcement that ICI plc intends to sell its shares in ICI Australia.
