ICI Australia Limited Board

The Directors of ICI Australia Limited today announced the following Board changes:

Mr Bob Hunt, currently Executive Director and General Manager Plastics, will resign as Director of the Company with effect from 31 July 1997.

Mr Graeme Liebelt, who is aged 43 and is currently Chief Executive, ICI Paints Pacific, is appointed an Executive Director with effect from 1 July 1997.
