Resignation of Director

The Directors of ICI Australia Limited today announced the resignation of Mr Peter Clinch as a director of the Company. Mr Clinch, who is the Chief Executive Officer of ICI plc's Explosives business and is based in Canada was appointed a non-executive director of the Company in 1994 to represent the interests of the then major shareholder, ICI plc.
