Russell Caplan joins Orica Board

Orica today announced the appointment of Mr Russell Caplan as a non-executive director effective 1 October 2007.

Mr Caplan is currently Chairman of the Shell Group of Companies in Australia and a non-executive Director of Woodside Petroleum Ltd. During more than 35 years with Shell he has held a number of senior positions throughout the world.
 

Mr Caplan also chairs the Australian Institute of Petroleum.
