SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Orica Limited today announced that Mr Michael Reich, the current Chief Executive Officer of Minova will be leaving Orica to pursue other interests.

Craig Elkington, currently President of Orica Mining Services, North America, has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, Minova, effective 4 April 2011.
